Kitchen impact paper & ribbons
Kitchen impact printers use bond paper, not thermal. They also require ink ribbons. Heat from grills and ovens would destroy thermal paper — bond paper is heat-resistant by design.
Common mistake: Ordering thermal paper for a kitchen impact printer. If your kitchen printer uses a ribbon cartridge, you need bond paper — not thermal. Thermal paper will print blank in an impact printer.
